Refund Policy

Social Business Network LLC. website WWW.ALLSBN.COM have a Zero-Refund Policy for all the products and membership fees. All SBN products are programed specifically to customer’s profile and tested before mailing. SBN also have a NO Refund Policy on Membership because SBN is a no contract, no hassle, and only month to month membership. SBN also have NO Refund Policy on Prepaid Membership.

 

Return Policy

Social Business Network LLC. website WWW.ALLSBN.COM have a Return Policy for all the products. All SBN products are programed and tested before mailing. However, if SBN product found defective, SBN will only send a replacement. SBN must receive the defective item or product prior to SBN sending a replacement. This way SBN can identify, solve, and correct the problem and prevent future occurrence. The customer will incur the mailing cost for sending the defective product back to SBN. SBN will acknowledge and incur the mailing cost for sending the replacement product to customer.
